The material in question was published on January 27, 2019 titled “The girl from sunset village”. The video was the featured story about the young teacher from village Gumbati. The ChaiKhana argued that it was plagiarism because several weeks earlier, on January 4 they published the video about the same teacher with the similar title “The girl from sunset part”. According to the applicant, GPB copied whole plot and the structure of the ChaiKhana’s material, therefore principle 11 (plagiarism) was violated.

The case was discussed by the council, only applicant attended, respondent journalist was absent, she neither provided the response. The decision of the council has not made yet. They require additional information.
